If you’ve ever commented on one of our Instagram posts, sent us an email, or gave us a call, chances are you’ve interacted with Hali and Sela, who make up our stellar customer service team. They are the backbone of Coco Moon Hawai’i, but often operate in the background. So we wanted to take a moment to highlight them and introduce you to two of our team members.

Hali, our Operations Manager, has been with Coco Moon from the very beginning. She is an absolute organization pro who understands all aspects of the business inside and out.

Sela, our Customer Service Assistant, is dedicated to ensuring you, our amazing customers, receive the best customer service from assisting with exchanges, any questions about restocks, and more! We strive to ensure your satisfaction every time, but if ever an issue arises, Sela and Hali are always there to save the day.

What’s your favorite beach in Hawai’i?

They're all amazing, but if I had to choose a favorite, I would choose Kailua Beach because I have so many good memories associated with that beach from my time spent in Hawaii.

What’s your all time favorite Coco Moon print?

Currently my favorite print is Luna's Jungle, but I think I am always biased to the most recent print we launch. Long story short, I can't choose just one!

How long have you been working at Coco Moon?

I have been with Coco Moon since the very beginning in various ways, so you can imagine that the company means a lot to me! It has been amazing to learn and work alongside Amber and watch her vision for Coco Moon come to life!

What’s your go-to comfort movie?

I don't know if I have a comfort movie, but if I am looking for something comforting to watch, I always turn on some sort of home renovation or fashion design show.

What's your favorite way to spend a rainy day?

It might sound crazy, but If it's rainy and I'm unable to get outside, then my go to activity is to clean and organize my house. Can anyone else relate?

What's your favorite book/movie/song?

I can't choose a favorite book, but if I'm looking for a good book that I know I am going to love, I always go for anything by Colleen Hoover.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Be present and kind always.

What’s your favorite beach in Hawai’i?

This depends on the season! In the summer, when I can get out there, my favorite place is Waimea Bay because of how crystal clear and flat it is. I like White Plains for surfing and Rest Camp/Pokai Bay for a nice and hot day on the west side!

What’s your all time favorite Coco Moon print?

Ohhhhh this is so hard to choose! I'd have to say Colorscape! That one is just timeless and always so beautiful to look at.

How long have you been working at Coco Moon?

2 years!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Don't be realistic. Being realistic holds you back from dreaming and thinking of what possibility is out there. Being realistic can hold you back from dreaming for more.

What’s your go-to comfort movie?

It's not a movie, but a TV show and it's Friends. I grew up watching my mom's Friend's DVDs. It's always going to be funny and comforting to me! Since I pretty much know what happens in every single episode, I love trying to say the next line. Or I'm always surprised whenever I notice something said that I didn't notice before. It's just a classic show and something I know I can have on in the background without getting distracted.

What's your favorite way to spend a rainy day?

Snuggled up in the house and relaxing. Maybe throwing a movie on!! I'm not a fan of being in the rain if I don't have to be, but I love the cold weather that it brings!

What's your favorite book/movie/song?

Soooo hard to choose because it's always changing. One of my favorite movies is Parent Trap! I love any song by John Legend.
