Returns and Exchanges

To request a return for an item purchased on cocomoonhawaii.com:

  • Email aloha@cocomoonhawaii.com with your order number, contact name, and the item you are returning. Proof of purchase from our website is required to process a return.
  • We accept returns (excluding gift cards) in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
  • The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns. 
  • Once the return is received it may take up to 30 days for the refund to process on our end.  
  • International sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

Please note that we can only accept returns for purchases made through cocomoonhawaii.com. If you made a purchase through another shop or website, the return must be processed through that shop/website. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange for an item purchased on cocomoonhawaii.com:

    • Email aloha@cocomoonhawaii.com with your order number, contact name, and the item you are exchanging.
    • We accept exchanges (excluding gift cards) in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
    • Items may be exchanged for a similar item of the same price.
    • The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on exchanges.
    • Once the exchange is received we will: Send you a PayPal invoice for the shipping cost of the item you are receiving in the exchange.
    • International sales are final and no exchanges will be accepted.

    If you wish to exchange an item purchased from another shop or website, a $5 restocking fee will be applied. You will also be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. When exchanging an item not purchased on cocomoonhawaii.com, the item may only be exchanged for a similar item of the same price. 

    Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at aloha@cocomoonhawaii.com and we will be happy to assist you.
